Orian Bespoke is a luxury jewelry house specializing in limited-release pieces. Each collection is crafted in numbered editions, ensuring exclusivity and timeless value. Once a drop sells out, those pieces are permanently archived in The Vault.

Drops are scheduled releases of new pieces. Members of The Inner Circle receive advance notice 72 hours before each drop. When the vault opens, pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each piece displays its edition number and remaining quantity.

Enter your email on our homepage to join The Inner Circle. Members receive exclusive access to drop notifications, early previews, and priority information about upcoming releases. Membership is complimentary.

Every piece is individually numbered and crafted in strictly limited quantities. We use premium materials and traditional techniques refined by master artisans. Once a collection sells out, it is never reproduced—each piece becomes a permanent part of its owner's collection.

We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our secure facility and include full insurance and tracking. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping ranges from 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Each piece is presented in our signature packaging—a black presentation case with velvet interior, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity noting the edition number. Packaging is discreet with no external branding for security.

Yes. Express shipping options are available at checkout for most destinations. Express domestic orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Express international orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition with all packaging intact. Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns on worn or altered items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Contact us at returns@orianbespoke.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please use the original packaging when possible to ensure safe transit.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Given our limited edition model, the same piece may no longer be available. Contact us to discuss options—we may be able to arrange an exchange for a piece from an active or upcoming drop.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We fully insure all shipments and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please retain all packaging until the matter is resolved.

We collect information necessary to fulfill orders and provide our services: name, email, shipping address, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider), and browsing data to improve your experience. We never sell personal information to third parties.

Your data is used to process orders, send drop notifications (if subscribed), provide customer support, and improve our services. Payment information is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.

We share information only with service providers necessary to fulfill orders: payment processors, shipping carriers, and email service providers. All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements. We never share your information for marketing purposes.

Contact privacy@orianbespoke.com to request data deletion. We will remove all personal information within 30 days, except records required for legal or financial compliance. Unsubscribing from emails does not delete your account.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping. All sales are final once shipped, except as outlined in our return policy. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or resale intent.

All designs, images, text, and branding on this site are the exclusive property of Orian Bespoke. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited. Purchasing a piece grants ownership of that physical item only, not reproduction rights.

Orian Bespoke is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
